About F&F Properties
Thanks to our investors’ support, F&F has built a strong reputation in the multifamily development world, and we take great pride in our team’s capabilities as investors, developers, property managers, and asset managers. Today, we have a team of 5 executives that is supported by 50 full- and part-time staff. We love modernizing our properties and adding a dash of Smart Density to maximize the housing availability for our workforce housing residents.
